If the equipment requires heating temperature below 100 degrees Celsius, it can be heated with steam below one atmospheric pressure; when the heating temperature is within the range of 100 to 180 degrees Celsius, saturated steam can be used; when the temperature is higher, high pressure superheated steam should be used.

3, other medium heating of glass lined reactor

If the process of the reaction medium in the reactor must be operated at high temperature or to avoid the use of high-pressure heating systems, other media can be used instead of water and steam, such as mineral oil (275~300°C), mixed with diphenyl ether ( Boiling point: 258℃), molten salt (140~540℃) and liquid lead (melting point: 327℃), etc.

4. Electric heating method of glass lined reactor

The resistance wire is wound on the insulating layer of the whole body of the reactor or installed on a special insulator some distance away from the reactor, so a small space gap is formed between the resistance wire and the reactor body.
